Rich Brookes
Film Director & Producer
With over 30 years experience in the photographic industry, Rich brings a deep knowledge and understanding of production and delivery. Working with brands such as Air New Zealand, The All Blacks, Deloitte, The New Zealand Herald Style Section, KidsCan to name but a few. Over the years he has photographed a huge range of people including Rob Fife (Air New Zealand), Dan Carter, Howard Morrison, Sam Hunt, John Key, Micheal Palin, David Beckham, John Hawkesby, Dame Malvina Major, Christchurch Mayor Lianne Dalziel, Dorothy Butler and John Rowles.
Amand Weaver
First Assistant Director & Stuntman
With 35 years of industry experience, Armand Weaver comes loaded with expertise and talent. 18 years as a 1st Assistant Director, and over 20 years as a Stuntman. He has worked with the most recognised brands in New Zealand and the world: Disney, Renaissance Pictures, The All Blacks, Heineken, Coca Cola, Icebreaker, Air New Zealand, Budweiser, Gatorade, Toyota, Cadbury's, Pokemon, Samsung amongst many others. Armand has worked along side Sam Raimi, Andrew Adamson, Vincent Ward, David Slade, Adam Rykis, Jonathan King and too many others to name. Armand is the full-package.
Mark Lapwood
Cinematographer & DOP
Mark Lapwood has over 25 years’ experience filming documentaries, tv commercials, music videos and feature films around the globe. He’s highly skilled in lighting design and camera operating for both studio and location shoots, often collaborating in many languages and cultures, with both large and small crews. Mark particularly has a strong eye for natural beauty in landscapes, architecture and people. He’s been trusted with feature and series projects for National Geographic, Discovery and the BBC filming in Japan, South Korea, China, India, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Mark’s work covers a range of genres from hand held action, to cinematic moody scenes.
Elise Dalrymple-Keast
Social Media Strategist
During her time working in NZ and overseas, Elise discovered her passion for helping businesses tell their story with all aspects of their social media and digital marketing. Elise's expertise include digital advertising, SEO, copywriting, and photography. When she's not busy raising brands, she can be found practicing her German and Chinese language skills, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, or getting out into nature. A dynamic professional, Elise is a joy to work with.
Toni Paltridge

I love working with smart and passionate brands to tell their story and deliver all the good stuff. Attention to detail and consistency of brand is my language at the same time having fun, really feeling into the personality of a brand and giving it lots of joyful life. I’m an Aquarian, so expect a bit of weirdness. The bulk of my work experience has been in the travel industry, with my most recent endeavour running my own business in the retreat/event sector.

An expert in marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship, Natalie uses her skills to give brands a chance to be heard in the digital space. Natalie’s passion is making your brand come to life through unique designs and creative strategies. When she isn’t helping you on your digital growth spurt, she can be found hiking outdoors or playing sports. Photography and design is her strength and Mexican food is her weakness. An incredibly positive, energetic member of the Epic team.
Cindy Brookes
Administration & Production Manager
Cindy has worked in the industry as a professional Make-up Artist, Stylist, Administration Manager and Producer for the past 20 years. Her dedication to highly organised workflows make her an integral part in the Epic machine. Her attention to detail, dependability and kind nature, along with a strong background in administration and organisational skills adds strength to the Epic team.
Matthew Lewis
Assistant Director & Producer
Matthew Lewis comes with years of tech knowledge, working with one of New Zealand's largest top film industry suppliers. After arriving from South Africa in 2016, Matthew launched into shooting with brands such as Grand Windsor, Cain Tattoo, Hotel Fitzroy and Clothes Iv Made. This young director of photography has a very bright future in the film industry. Matthew is an enthusiastic and creative professional. He has a deep understanding of equipment and the skillset to go with it.
Jana Greissner
Web Designer & Photographer
Passionate about creating a stunning online presence for her clients, Jana is an expert in WordPress Web design as well as capturing her clients in the best light on camera. Indecent amounts of coffee and chocolate keep her fuelled up. When she is not busy helping her customers stand out online, she loves spending time with her two kiddies and exploring the beauty of New Zealand in a campervan.
